1. Overview

Allello ("we," "our," or "the Application") is a demo-mode AI tool designed to interpret synthetic genetic data. This policy explains how information is handled within our Google-based infrastructure.

2. Data Collection and Usage

User Input: Any text or sample genetic markers you enter into the chat are processed to generate a response. In this demo mode, we request that you do not provide real personal health information.

Technical Data: We may collect basic technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type) via Google Firebase to ensure the app functions correctly and to prevent abuse.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell your data. We use a strictly Google-based stack to power this experience:

  • Google Gemini (LLM): Your prompts are sent to Gemini to generate insights.
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Our backend logic and hosting reside here.
  • Firebase: We use Firebase for hosting, database management, and analytics to monitor app performance.

4. Data Retention

In this demo version, chat sessions are transient. However, logs may be stored temporarily within Firebase to improve the application's stability.

5. International Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside of your home country, managed by Google Cloud. By using the service, you consent to this transfer.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not currently support user accounts or store personal genetic profiles, we do not typically have data linked to your identity. If you have questions, please contact contact@allello.com.
